RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is the method by which podcast, and much of your other New Media activity, is delivered. An RSS feed can be viewed as your own personal media channel allowing you to deliver rich media, pushing that content out to your audience.
Regularly updated, RSS feeds syndicate content, delivering it directly to your audience meaning you don't have to rely on them coming to you. Your message automatically goes to them.
